Vrushali Naik is a highly educated, and cultured person from Kolhapur. She was a lecturer in college. After marriage, she came to Pune and became SSY teacher in 1997. Migrated to Shrirampur with her husband in 1999, to Loni in 2001 and to Sangamner in 2004. Completed Naturopathy Diploma in 2017. Trained as Gym Instructor in 2008. In 2010 started taking yoga classes for ladies. Vrushali Naik has completed Narmada Parikrama of 3500 km in 108 days by walking with 10 kg weight on her back. The route includes 3 forests and several mountains on the way. Since 1999 working as a full-time SSY teacher conducted SSY classes in Satara, Karad, Rahuri, Shirdi, Rahuri Factory, Shrirampur, and Sangamner and taught yoga, pranayama, and meditation to thousands of people.
