DR. HEMA VAIRAGAR

12 years back she planted 500 trees at Jothewadi along with the SSY sadhak’s which has turned into a small forest now. Members of Gram Panchayat at Ambi were selected unanimously without holding an election.

DATTA SHIRSATH

Help villagers to clean the Pravara River at Kolhar every Sunday for 2 hours for 2 years. In 2014-15, he executed N.C.N. i.e. Neighbourhood Community Network methodology for sustainable development of the village. Through N.C.N. Members of Gram Panchayat were selected unanimously without an election.

BHAU RODE

A small farmer did SSY course 8 years back and got the inspiration to do social work. started planting trees. Within 3 years he planted 250+ trees. Lokmat newspaper took note of his noble work. He got the vision of planting 10000 trees in the next 10 years.
