Engineering by profession, elected as sarpanch of Kolhar closely associated with politicians. After doing SSY he left politics and became SSY teacher. Initially, he conducted SSY classes at Rahuri, Khadamba, Shirdi, Rahata, Rahuri And Rahuri Factory. With the help of villagers, he cleans the Pravara River at Kolhar every Sunday for 2 hours for 2 years. In 2014-15, he executed N.C.N. i. e. Neighbourhood Community Network methodology, developed by father Edwin from Kerala for sustainable village development. Through N.C.N. Members of the Gram Panchayat are selected unanimously without an election. Father Edwin visited Kolhar and inspired villagers, to be together & work together.
